The NWA Pro Bono Project was established in 1986 to serve the legal needs of indigent and low-income residents of Caddo Parish.  In 2004 it was expanded to serve Bossier Parish residents as well.  Local attorneys register with the Project to offer advice and represention to clients who are qualified for Pro Bono Project serivce.  The Project also works in cooperation with Centerpoint/HOPE, the YWCA, and the Shreveport/Bossier Rescue Mission.

The Project handles only civil. non-fee-generating cases.  Client eligibility is based on the Federal Poverty Income Guideline.
